- Secondo quanto ipotizzato dal Pentagono, un eventuale scenario di uso delle armi nucleari tattiche da parte di Mosca potrebbe iniziare con il lancio di un missile in un'area disabitata a scopo dimostrativo, non lontano dalle coste ucraine.
