Secondo i calcoli del quotidiano, lo scorso mese da solo segna poco meno della metà dei 4.620.444 contagi accertati dall'inizio della pandemia negli Stati Uniti e più del doppio di quelli documentati in qualsiasi altro mese. Il massimo mensile precedente è stato raggiunto in aprile.
