L'89enne ‘mostro’ dell’incesto con la figlia Elisabeth, sua schiava per 24 anni nella cantina della sua casa ad Amstetten in Austria, era stato rinchiuso in un istituto per criminali mentalmente anormali, ora un centro terapeutico forense. La decisione è stata presa ieri e comunicata questa mattina dal tribunale di Krems an der Donau

"HA DEMENZA PROGRESSIVA"

“A causa di una malattia di demenza globale e progressiva e di un deterioramento fisico, il disturbo combinato della personalità del detenuto, che ha reso necessario il ricovero, è stato sepolto a tal punto che la pericolosità del detenuto è stata ridotta e non si può prevedere alcun reato penale con gravi conseguenze più”, ha scritto la corte nelle motivazioni della sentenza
