A causa della crisi determinata dall’emergenza sanitaria potrebbe "esplodere" l'esercito degli abusivi: già oggi in Italia sono 3,3 milioni. Secondo l’Istat, però, entro il 2020 sono 3,6 i milioni di cittadini che rischiano di perdere il lavoro e che potrebbero ricorrere alle occupazioni non regolari per far fronte alle necessità economiche

LA SITUAZIONE AL NORD - Le situazioni più virtuose, invece, si registrano nel Nordest. Se in Emilia Romagna il tasso di irregolarità è al 10,1% (216.200 irregolari), in Valle d'Aosta è al 9,3% (5.700), in Veneto al 9,1% (206.400) e nella Provincia autonoma di Bolzano si attesta al 9% (26.400)

L'IMPATTO DEL COVID - Ad avere un grande impatto sul fenomeno sarà proprio l’emergenza Covid: rispetto allo stesso periodo dell'anno scorso, nei primi sei mesi di quest'anno quasi tutti i principali indicatori economici del Paese sono preceduti dal segno meno
