Il 14 ottobre il Dolby Theatre di Hollywood ospiterà la ventisettesima edizione dei Billboard Music Awards, una delle cerimonie più importanti nel mondo della musica. In principio l’evento avrebbe dovuto tenersi ad aprile, ma l’emergenza sanitaria legata alla diffusione del Coronavirus (LO SPECIALE - GLI AGGIORNAMENTI - LA MAPPA) ne ha comportato lo slittamento.

Per il terzo anno consecutivo Kelly Clarkson salirà sul palco in qualità di host accompagnando il pubblico attraverso una serata scandita da premiazioni, esibizioni e outfit che faranno sicuramente parlare. Poche ore fa il magazine Billboard ha rivelato tutti i nomi di coloro che tra poche settimane si sfideranno per le ambite vittorie.

Come da tradizione, l’evento premierà numerosi artisti passando dalla scena country a quella rap fino a quella dance.
Post Malone si presenta ai nastri di partenza come il cantate con più nomination, ovvero ben sedici, dopo di lui Lil Nas X che fa il suo debutto ai Billboard Music Awards concorrendo per ben tredici vittorie, al terzo posto a pari merito Khalid e la giovane Billie Eilish (FOTO) a quota dodici candidature.
