Erano circa 60 mila le persone che hanno partecipato alle diverse manifestazioni nelle 8 isole dell'arcipelago. La mobilitazione più numerosa a Santa Cruz di Tenerife, alla quale hanno preso parte almeno 30 mila abitanti, seguita da quella a Las Palmas di Gran Canaria, che ha visto protestare in piazza almeno 15 mila persone
